Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a standard 28 day returns policy. You will have 14 days from the
receipt of shipment to request a return or exchange. Once the return or exchange request has been accepted, you have a further 14 days to return the order to us. For items to be returned they must be in original as new condition, not been used, installed or altered and must be in their original undamaged packaging. There will be a 25% surcharge to cover the original cost of delivery plus the cost of delivery, collection & restocking. Panels that have been cut to customers given dimensions are non returnable, also oiled and cut panels cannot be returned.
What if my panels are damaged?
You have 48 hours to report any damages, this can be done by contacting
our customers services team via our email info@armstrongnaturalwalling.co.uk. And they will do their best to resolve any issues you have.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds normally take 5 days after returned goods are received and their
condition is acceptable.
​Can a refund be paid to a different card to the one the goods where purchased on?
No, all payments have to be returned to the card that was used to
purchase the materials.
